After my first time at the Gym, it did become apparent to me that most people are at the Gym for one thing. To lose weight. Not all people at the Gym are super fit!</p>
<p>So, here I am today, writing this article at just under 80kg, in an attempt to show you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. What to know how I did it?</p>
<p>Food first and foremost. If anything at all, you need to change your diet. This is always going to be reflective of the energy that you burn, and how you burn it. What you put into your body at the right time will have an impact on your ability to burn fat, and not just that, but your ability to keep the weight off. Let me explain as I go through the workouts that I <br />did.</p>
<p>To start off any good workout, I do a warmup on the Treadmill for at least 4kms or so at an average pace of 6kph. This helps me get my heart rate up and into that fat burning zone. It is essential to warm up before any workout, and the treadmill is the ideal machine for that. Just be sure to consult with your doctor first, as they will be able to identify where your fat burning zone is, and they will be able to guide you on best practice when it comes to pushing yourself too hard. Keep your water intake up as well, as you are only going to lose water from your body as you workout.</p>
<p>The Cross Trainer is the enemy of many people. Very hard to start out on, you can easily adapt to this machione over the space of a few days. First workouts are hard, with most people being unable to last more than a few minutes, but after a week, you should easily be able to do a 20 minute workout. Start with a low level of resistance, and gradually build up as your tolerance grows. Remember, keep that water intake up, as your body will need it!</p>
<p>Next, you are going to want to focus on your muscle growth. Now, there is no real need for me to specify a workout here, as each person is going to be different. The key is to focus on your core, your arms, and your legs. In turn, this will give your body the ability to absorb more of what you eat, and put it to good use.</p>
<p>This can be quite painfil for those who are new to weight training though, so it is going to be very well worth your while to look into protein sources that you can consume after a workout. Many people rely on suppliments, however this can be quite dangerous. Simply look at scheduling your weight training around your earing pattern, and eat high protein food such as Tuna, Chicken, or Fish after a workout. This will help with your muscle repair.</p>
